Right of withdrawal for private customers
On all our products the Money back guarantee applies. Should you wish to make use of this guarantee you need to tell us within 14 days after delivery. Only then you are entitled to choose a substitute or to have your money back. After 14 days the guarantee will expire and you cannot get a refund for the full amount if the product has been used, or is damaged, or removed from the original packaging. Costs for returning are for your account.

Right of withdrawal deadlines
Within 14 days after having received your order you need to inform via our Service desk that you wish to make use of your right of withdrawal. After that you need to return the products to us at your expense within 14 days. After having received and checked your returned goods we will refund the amount you paid into your bank account within 14 days.

The guarantee doesn´t apply anymore in case:

• you tried yourself to repair the defect;
• you did not follow the instructions (properly);
• you did not use the product for what it is meant for;
• you did not report the defect within 14 working days after delivery.

In case of a Money back guarantee, a defect or production defect, you can contact us via our Service Desk. We will inform you within 3 working days on the procedure to follow.

Business clients
Companies can only put in a warranty claim in case it clearly concerns a production defect or faulty product. The claim needs to be made via our Service Desk within 14 working days after delivery of the product. After that period the guarantee expires.

Liability
EU Shopping Network is not liable for any direct or indirect damage which after delivery, whatever the cause (e.g. careless and/or incorrect use of the products) was suffered by the buyer, property of the buyer, third parties, or property of third parties. EU Shopping Network will remain liable for loss of or damage to the products sent. In case during delivery it is obvious that the goods have been seriously damaged during transport, we advise that you refuse the parcel. That way you will always know for sure that the products you ordered will be in perfect condition.
